"You were born for a much better reason than to battle with your skin and feel terrible every time you glance in the mirror."I loved the focus on inner beauty and taking time for yourself along with all natural approaches to achieving better skin from within. I also learned I was taking my probiotics wrong!! For me I am too fickle of a person to follow anything for more than 2 weeks but there are definitely a few guidelines I am going to do my best to stick with such as drinking more "green" aka chlorophyll water and taking walks at least 3 times a week {the book recommends more of course}
Overall I really enjoyed getting a chance to read this book. If you are at all concerned with your skin you will find this book has useful information for you. In general from a healthy eating and lifestyle standpoint this book has a great view point and the recipes are easy to make, definitely recommended.

That water sounds really good (and adding fizz does sound fabulous), I would not have imagined Strawberry with salt!
ReplyDeleteooh i like the looks of that rehydration water! and i LOVE the goal to achieve beauty from within, but moreso on a level that emphasizes the person and not the body. good place to start, though!
ReplyDelete@RachaelPoklitar a big part book is pretty much focused on inner beauty, part of the program is to make time to volunteer for others and complement others on a DAILY basis. I really loved this aspect of it. For health reason eating better will boost your immune system and in turn if you feel healthy it will translate into all aspects of your life:) I like to think I already followed those rules but it is always good to get a reminder kick in the butt!
