Mini Giveaway:) thebalm overshadow: CLOSED

I am slowly learning not to be swayed by free shipping if you spend a certain amount of money. A while back I added this lovely loose copper eyeshadow from thebalm to my ebeauty basket to get "free shipping" only to realize it is not something I am actually going to use. I wore it once and it defeats the purpose of free shipping to pay to return it! So if anyone would like to "win" try this eyeshadow out simply leave a comment below and I will pick someone at random.

The eyeshadow itself is very copper-y in the jar but is so subtle when applied with a loose eyeshadow brush. These are called overshadows since they add dimension to another eyeshadow, but I wear them alone to give a subtle shimmer. I own 2 others and found they are just too similar for me to own 3! It is beautiful if I wore eyeshadow more I would keep it. 

I will include a pair of earring magnets I made over Christmas and possibly a few other vintage/beauty trinkets I love packing presents! Good luck! Giveaway will end Sunday March 10th at midnight.

  4. I'll take an eyeshadow! Except I'm bummed it doesn't come with the plate in all honesty! lol.

    I love buying beauty products... I somehow feel prettier just by purchasing them, I'm sure the packaging designers make it that way.

    How have you been Daphne? I love that you keep fresh flowers and candles in the house! I LOVE candles and just caved and bought my first diptyque and I'm so in love. What are some of your favorite scents and flowers?

  5. Daphne, I am LOVING perfumes lately too! I try to ask for samples from the perfume counter to take home and test on my skin. I have a little stash of mini samples... its a little sad, lol. Right now I love Jo Malone Wild Bluebell (amaze balls) Jo Malone Fig & Cassis (woody but lovely, can't wait to wear in the fall), and I would DIE if I could get my hands on a bottle of j'adore dior the floral-y one. I love it! I also really like the "Chloe" the one in the squarish bottle with white ribbon but it honestly smells too close to just plain laundry to pay 110 bucks for! Lemme know if you find any good scents to try!

    i am a shoppers drugmart cosmetics girl, honestly. i don't feel right about spending tonnes for makeup. i'd rather spend money on something else!
